United Kingdom: On purchase of "TrueConnect" plan, for GBP20, you can configure one destination number ( landline /mobile ) in either India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka. Trueroots offers special rates to this one number that you configure, details of which are mentioned below

Please note that once you configure a particular number, it cannot be modified for a minimum of 30 days.

1. How do I configure the destination number for which the special rates would apply?

To configure the one particular number, you have to login to your account, click on Account Settings, then click on Truebargain settings on the left hand side of the page. Here you can register one number in any of the 4 countries, India, Pakistan, Sri lanka or Bangladesh. Please note that once you configure a number, you cannot change it for 30 days.

2. How do I transact on trueroots?

There are two ways customer can transact on trueroots.

The product plan details are:

Total Initial Plan Value GBP20 (We will charge your credit card for GBP20 + taxes as applicable)
Initial Plan Value Includes:
Initial Talktime Value GBP20 (You can enjoy the special reduced rate of calling on this talk time. Further you can recharge this account with GBP5, GBP10, GBP20, GBP50, or GBP100 and enjoy 100% TALK TIME at the special reduced rate)
Initial Validity 12 months Your initial talktime is valid for 12 months from your date of purchase, and will expire after 12 months unless you recharge your plan by adding more talk time. You may recharge your talk time in the following denominations GBP5, GBP10, GBP20, GBP50, GBP100 multiple times. and enjoy the special reduced rate of calling for the next full year from the date of last recharge)
Recharge Validity 1 Year  

Please note:

One needs to buy this product at GBP20. You may recharge the account multiple times , and all recharge amounts will be valid for 1 year from the date of last recharge. If you decide not to recharge your account during the initial 12-month term, any Talktime Value remaining at that time will be forfeited. If you do recharge your account and, any Talktime Value remaining 1 year from the date of last recharge will be forfeited.

3. How many minutes will I get?

You will get 100% amount of GBP20 for calling.

Further you can recharge the same account before the expiry of initial validity of 12 months with GBP5, GBP10, GBP20, GBP50, or GBP100.

4. Who can avail themselves of this offer?

This offer is available to existing U.S. trueroots subscribers as well as new U.S. trueroots registrations.

6. What happens when initial product talk time (GBP20) ends/is about to expire?

As soon as you near the expiry of initial validity (12 months from the date of purchase) and/or initial product talk time (GBP20) end, we request you to recharge the same account with GBP5, GBP10, GBP20, GBP50, or GBP100; enjoy 100% talk time at special reduced rates for the next 1 year from the date of last recharge.

Any initial product talk time (GBP20) remaining after completion of initial validity (12 months) will be forfeited unless you recharge your account before expiration of that initial 12 month period.

One can recharge the product multiple times and enjoy the special reduced calling rates for the next 1 year from the date of last recharge.

Any product talk time remaining after completion of recharge validity (1 year from the date of last recharge) will be forfeited.

7. How do I buy this product?

If you are a new customer or an existing trueroots customer:

8. I already have balance in my existing account. Can I buy the "GBP20 product plan"?

Yes, why not.

But please note that:

9. I've already enrolled myself for Auto Recharge. Is that applicable for the Truebargain product plan too?

You need to enroll again for auto recharge under the "Truebargain product plan". The auto recharge functionality shall top up the account

The auto recharge you have enrolled earlier will take care of low balance in your main regular account ONLY.

10. I have bought the "Truebargain " and the initial product talktime/initial validity is about to expire. I need a grace period. Will I get some waiting time to keep my remaining minutes after the 12 month period ends before I recharge it?

No. As soon as you near expiration of initial validity, we request you to recharge the same account with GBP5, GBP10, GBP20, GBP50, or GBP100; enjoy 100% talk time and special reduced rates for the next one year from the date of last recharge.

11. I have bought the "Truebargain plan". I don't like it anymore. Can I get a refund?

Sorry. We will not be able to entertain any refund for the "Truebargain plan".

12. I am going to UK/Canada. Can I use this product there too?

Yes. Roaming on this product is allowed. Although special low rates will apply, rates for the "GBP20 product plan" vary from country-to-country.

13. What is the validity of minutes which I received under "Truebargain plan"?

The validity period of minutes will be 12 months from the date of subscription and one year date of last recharge.

14. Can I call other countries using the "Truebargain "?

15. I am an existing trueroots customer and want to avail of the Truebargain? Do I need to open a new account or the talktime value shall get credited in my existing account?

Yes. Existing trueroots customer need to open a new account. They can register by transacting on Error! Hyperlink reference not valid.or by calling CC # 0800-635-8181 as explained in Ans # 7.
