Returns
Any returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date, they must arrive back to us in a new & unused condition to receive a full refund.
Returns Process
To begin the returns process, please email customer service at Support@trueroots.com you will then be given a return's address & reference number.
Refunds
After receiving your return it will be inspected we will at that point process the refund once the order has being checked over, please allow us at least 5 working days upon receipt of your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
